PAPERS

To create an extended abstract and full paper, you will need to use the templates available below. At the beginning of the conference, each participant will receive a printed copy of the extended abstract proceedings. Full papers will be available electronically on a USB key. Files are uploaded via an electronic form available by logging into your user account.

The organizers will strive to have the conference proceedings included in the Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index, so papers will be peer-reviewed.

Instructions for authors
  ⚬   Abstracts and papers must be written in English.
  ⚬   The maximum length of an extended abstract is 2 pages (B5), including tables, figures, and references.
  ⚬   The author is required to submit the extended abstract no later than 31 March 2023.
  ⚬   The minimum length for the full paper is 4 pages (B5).
  ⚬   The deadline for submission of the final paper is 21 May 2023.
  ⚬   The papers will be reviewed, and if the instructions for authors are not complied with, they will be returned
       to be rewritten, or they will not be accepted for publication.

Presentation
Accepted papers may be presented in the form of a lecture or poster. A video projector and a laptop with MS Powerpoint and Adobe Reader presentation software will be available. Recommended poster format is A1 portrait (594 × 841 mm). The official languages of the conference are English (preferred), Czech and Slovak.
